Received the wrong product or damaged upon delivery? Send an email to info@eaglenutrition.be with your order number and photos. We will resolve it.
Right of withdrawal
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without providing a reason. Nutritional supplements and edible products that have been opened are excluded from this right — unopened products in their original condition are eligible.
Request a return — 3 steps
- Notify us. Send an email to info@eaglenutrition.be with your order number and reason. You will receive confirmation and further instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship it. Package the products properly and send them to the address you receive by email. Use a trackable shipping service. The costs of the return shipment are at your expense, unless it is an error on our part.
- Receive your refund. After receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days via the original payment method.
Conditions
- Products must be unopened and in original condition.
- Opened or used products will not be accepted back — this is due to food safety.
- Returns without prior notification will not be processed.
- Eagle Nutrition is not liable for loss or damage during return transport. Always use a trackable service.
Damaged or incorrectly delivered?
Is something wrong on our end? Then we will bear the return costs and arrange for replacement or a full refund. Send an email with photos to info@eaglenutrition.be within 48 hours of delivery.
