These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Eagle Nutrition and to every distance contract between Eagle Nutrition and the consumer. These terms are available on the website before the contract is concluded. They will be sent free of charge upon request.
Every offer contains a clear description of the products, including ingredients, weight, allergen information, and price including VAT. Images are a true representation of the product. Obvious errors in the offer are not binding on Eagle Nutrition.
The contract is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the consumer and confirmation by email from Eagle Nutrition. After receiving the confirmation email, changes or cancellations are no longer possible — the order will be processed immediately. The consumer does retain the statutory right of withdrawal (see Article 6).
Eagle Nutrition takes appropriate technical measures to secure the electronic transfer of data and payments.
All prices are stated including VAT. Price changes are possible if the VAT rate changes. Eagle Nutrition reserves the right to adjust prices, but the price at the time of ordering is binding.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, without stating reasons.
Exception: edible products that have been opened are excluded from the right of withdrawal for food safety reasons (Art. 16(e) Directive 2011/83/EU). Unopened products in their original condition are eligible.
To exercise the right of withdrawal: send an email to info@eaglenutrition.be stating your order number.
The consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. Products may only be inspected as they would be in a physical store. Any decrease in value due to use beyond what is allowed is at the consumer's expense.
After notification, the consumer returns the product within 14 days at their own expense, unless Eagle Nutrition bears the return costs (only in case of an error by Eagle Nutrition). Use a traceable shipping service. The risk and burden of proof for timely return lie with the consumer.
Eagle Nutrition will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notification but may wait until the product has been received. The refund will be made using the original payment method, free of charge to the consumer.

Eagle Nutrition only delivers to the address provided by the consumer. Orders placed on working days before 3 PM will be processed the same day. Average delivery time: 1–3 working days in Belgium via GLS.
In case of delay or impossibility of delivery, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible. In such a case, the consumer has the right to dissolve the contract and receive a full refund. The risk of damage or loss rests with Eagle Nutrition until the moment of delivery to the consumer.
Eagle Nutrition guarantees that the delivered products conform to the offer, applicable legal requirements, and reasonable quality standards. In case of a non-conforming product, the consumer is entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Belgian consumer law.
Payment is made in advance via the available payment methods in the webshop. The consumer must immediately report any inaccuracies in payment details. In case of non-payment, Eagle Nutrition is entitled to charge statutory interest and collection costs after a reminder with a 14-day grace period.
Complaints about the execution of the contract must be submitted fully and clearly described via info@eaglenutrition.be. Eagle Nutrition will respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt. If a longer processing time is required, the consumer will receive an acknowledgment of receipt with an indication of the timeframe.
All contracts are exclusively governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court of the district where Eagle Nutrition (AQT Now bv) has its registered office. The consumer can also turn to the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Deviating or supplementary provisions may never be to the detriment of the consumer and must be laid down in writing.
