Article 1. Scope

These terms apply to every order via fruitenergierepen.be and eaglenutrition.be. By ordering, you accept these terms. For professional customers (clubs, organisers, stores), the agreements in the quote or price list apply in addition.

Article 2. Offer and product

Eagle bars are fruit energy bars. Legally, they are food supplements based on fruit pulp. Each product is described with ingredients, weight and price including VAT. Photos show the product as accurately as possible. Obvious errors in the offer do not bind Eagle Nutrition. If the website and the label differ, the label applies.

Article 3. Order and contract

The contract is formed after your payment and the confirmation email. An order is processed immediately and cannot be changed afterwards. Your legal right of withdrawal still applies (article 7).

Article 4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros, including VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. The price at the time of ordering is binding. Payment is made in advance via the payment methods in the store.

Article 5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you provide. Delivery times and rates are in the shipping policy. If there is a delay, you are informed as soon as possible. If delivery is not possible within 30 days, you can cancel the order free of charge and get your money back. Until delivery, Eagle Nutrition bears the risk of loss or damage.

Article 6. Use and safety

Eagle bars are intended for healthy adults, during sports or at moments of energy need. Always follow the directions for use and the warnings on the label.

  • Energy: the guideline during long efforts is 1 to 2 bars per hour, together with a sports drink. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
  • BOOST contains caffeine (50 mg per bar). Follow the directions for use on the label and do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Take caffeine from other sources into account, such as coffee, energy drinks, gels and sports drinks. Not recommended for children, pregnant women and people sensitive to caffeine.
  • Medication: consult your doctor or pharmacist if you take anticoagulants (blood thinners). If you have a medical condition or take other medication, ask for advice before use.
  • Storage: dry and cool, out of reach of children. Eat the bars before the date on the packaging.

Article 7. Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 30 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason. That is more generous than the legal 14 days. Report this by email to info@eaglenutrition.be with your order number, or use the model form below. Return the product within 14 days of your report. Return costs are yours.

Exception: food products whose packaging or seal has been opened after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal for reasons of health protection and hygiene. Unopened products in their original condition can be returned.

Article 8. Refund

Eagle Nutrition refunds the purchase amount, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days of your withdrawal. The refund is made via the same payment method. Eagle Nutrition may wait with the refund until the product has been received back.

Article 9. Conformity and warranty

You are entitled to the legal warranty under Belgian consumer law. Is a product damaged, wrongly delivered or not as described? Report it, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, so it can be solved quickly. You then get a replacement or a refund, and Eagle Nutrition covers the costs.

Article 10. Liability

Eagle Nutrition is not liable for damage resulting from use contrary to the label, the directions for use or article 6, such as exceeding the recommended daily dose or use by people for whom the product is not recommended. Eagle Nutrition is also not liable for damage caused by force majeure or by incorrect storage after delivery. These limitations do not apply in case of intent or gross negligence, and do not affect your legal rights as a consumer, including the rules on product liability.

Article 11. Force majeure

In case of force majeure (such as strikes, carrier disruptions, natural disasters or supplier shortages), Eagle Nutrition may postpone delivery or cancel the order with a full refund.

Article 12. Reviews

Reviews via Judge.me appear on the website with your first name or initials. Eagle Nutrition may refuse or remove reviews that are offensive, misleading or unlawful, or that contain personal data of others.

How Eagle Nutrition handles your data is described in the privacy and cookie policy.

Article 14. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to info@eaglenutrition.be. You get an answer within 14 days. If we cannot solve it together, you can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be). Belgian law applies. As a consumer, you can always bring a dispute before the court of your own place of residence. For professional customers, the courts of the registered office of AQT Now bv have jurisdiction.
