Something wrong with your delivery?
Damaged, wrong product or something missing? Email info@eaglenutrition.be with your order number and photos, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. You get a replacement or a refund, and Eagle Nutrition covers the costs.
Right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your order within 30 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason. That is more generous than the legal 14 days.
Eagle bars are food supplements. Opened bars or packaging cannot be returned for reasons of food safety and hygiene. Unopened products in their original condition can.
Return in 3 steps
- Report it. Email info@eaglenutrition.be with your order number. Within 2 working days you receive the return address.
- Send it back. Within 14 days of your report, well packed and with tracking. Return costs are yours, unless the mistake is on Eagle Nutrition's side.
- Refund. Within 14 days of your report, including the original standard shipping costs, via the same payment method. Eagle Nutrition may wait until the parcel is back.
Always report a return by email first. That way your parcel arrives at the right place and the refund is quick.
